REHABZONE Round Balance Board

The Rehabzone Round Balance Board is a great training tool for improving your balance and core strength, as well as helping to prevent lower limb injuries. Also known as wobble boards, balance boards are commonly used for physical rehabilitation to regain stability and motor skills post-surgery.

Featuring a non-slip surface on the top, the Rehabzone Round Balance Board is designed to provide 360° of instability, which forces your body to work harder to maintain your balance on the board.

• For beginners, it is recommended to have something stable to help brace against in case you lose your balance and at risk of falling off.
• Step with one foot on one end of the board, and then place other foot on the opposite end.
• Engage your core and leg muscles to maintain your balance without falling off for as long as possible
• Once comfortable balancing on both feet for a good duration, add in challenge by performing exercises such as squats or deliberately rocking the board to create instability and even progress to using just one foot.
