Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Please review the conditions and applicable charges before requesting a refund.
Refund Approval
All refund requests are subject to approval and assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Valid Reasons
Accepted reasons include out-of-stock items, manufacturing defects, or premature product failure.
Warranty claims encouragedNon-Eligible Requests
Change-of-mind is not considered a valid reason for a refund.
Administrative Fee
Refunds are subject to a fee of S$20 or 10% of the order, whichever is higher.
Payment Processing Fees
Any charges incurred from payment providers (e.g. PayPal, NETS) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Delivery Charges
All delivery-related fees are non-refundable and will be borne by the customer.
