Terms & Conditions of Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. Below outlines the warranty coverage, exclusions, local Singapore warranty policy, and registration requirements for purchases made through Rehabzone SportsMed.
Warranty Coverage
Non-consumable items are covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery for functional defects, unless otherwise stated.
Registration Required
Customers must register using the form below before making a warranty claim.
Replacement Policy
One-to-one replacement of defective product parts may be provided at Rehabzone’s service location.
Eligible Products
Warranty applies only to products purchased from Rehabzone and/or authorised partners.
Rehabzone Local (Singapore) Warranty Policy
- Customer must register using the form below to claim warranty. Warranty claims may be rejected if registration is not completed.
- A one-to-one replacement of the defective product part will be provided at Rehabzone’s location: 6 Ubi Road 1, #01-11, Wintech Centre, Singapore 408726. Please provide your registered name, email, or warranty card serial number when claiming warranty.
- Warranty claims will not be accepted if the product has been tampered with, mishandled, or damaged due to wear and tear.
- Warranty coverage is only provided for products purchased from Rehabzone and/or authorised partners. This can be verified with a Warranty Card bearing the Rehabzone logo.
Detailed Terms & Conditions
- All claims are subject to approval by Rehabzone SportsMed Pte. Ltd..
- This Limited Warranty applies to equipment purchased from Rehabzone or its authorised dealers in Singapore and accompanied by a valid warranty card.
- Warranty registration must be completed within 14 days of purchase. Confirmation will be sent via email upon successful registration.
- Unless otherwise stated, warranty is valid for 12 months from purchase date. No extension will be granted after repair or replacement.
- Warranty is valid only for original equipment. Use of non-genuine parts will void the warranty.
- Warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use. Repair or replacement will be determined at Rehabzone’s discretion.
- Delivery, transport, or additional service charges outside warranty scope will be borne by the customer.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Misuse or improper handling
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Use of non-approved parts
- Altered or removed serial numbers
- All decisions by Rehabzone regarding warranty claims are final and binding.
- This warranty is governed by the laws of Singapore.
